Room Rates
Room rates are $179-$379, depending on room selected and time of the year. Rates are generally lower in winter compared to summer and midweek compared to weekends. Book direct for best rates.
Minimum Stay
A three-night minimum stay is currently required for all reservations unless bookings allow for a shorter stay.
Confirmation / Cancellation
Your reservation is confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night's stay at time that reservation is made.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards.
Update to Cancellation Policies Related to COVID-19
We recognize that travel plans may need to change suddenly at this time due to changing conditions post-covid.
Thus, we have updated our cancellation policies to make them more flexible.
We will continue to charge the first night of your stay at the time of reservation.
We will charge the remainder of your balance 24 hours (previously it was 7 days) prior to arrival.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival, we wil refund any nights that we are able to re-book,
minus a $20 cancellation fee.
We live on-site and are happy to answer any questions in person or by phone, text, or email.
Check In / Check Out
Check in is from 4-6pm or by arrangement.
Check out is at 11:00am. We can store bags for afternoon flights.
Other Details
School age children (4 and up) are welcome.
We have a family dog that visits sometimes in our private area. Sorry, no other pets please.
A third person can be accommodated in our Parkview or Ravenna room for $40 additional per night. Rate does not include sales tax (15.7% combined lodging and sales tax effective Jan. 1, 2021).
No smoking on the property. No candles or open flames in rooms please.
We understand that accidents happen. We pride ourselves in keeping guest rooms and their contents in good working condition. However, we may ask you to pay for damage that exceeds normal wear and tear.
